Our People

The people at T-Viral are the lifeblood of what we do. Without them we wouldn’t have been able to build up such an impressive client list or deliver such high quality solutions. This is where we pay tribute to those that make our dream of reaching for the stars come true.

Unfortunately right now we are so busy reaching for the stars that our staff aren’t allowed out of their boxes to create funny, twisted or serious short resumes. They will be posted when the slave driver… sorry, Production Manager, decides to loosen the leash a little. Therefore, we have only managed to put a few of the bios online, which you can see below in their own words.

Casper Moller, Co-founder & CEO

It’s always difficult to describe one self. I often find it easier to summon my enthusiasm to sell great products and services to great companies around the world. Having worked in online for more than 11 years, including stints at a couple of start-ups in the form of 365 and Quokka, I felt the time had come in late 2004 to leave behind the world of freelance consulting and embark on a new start-up adventure, which is what has now become T-Viral.

The “unseen hand” comments: Jeez, how boring was that?

Peter Holm, Co-founder & Board Creative Director

Peter is self-taught and trained in the industry. Peter’s working life started in 1994-’98 with freelance 3d graphics. His first ‘real’ job was in 1998 at A. Film a/s, Copenhagen, Denmark, as a 3d animator. He has worked on several 3d animated TV-commercials and the animated feature film, “Help! I’m a Fish”.
He started working with web design and flash in the evenings & launched the “Dubonnet Retro Experience” in ‘98. The site was nominated as “Most Original” at the first Flash Forward conference in San Francisco 2000. Peter quit A. Film a/s in June 2000 in order to join forces with former colleague, Tomas Landgreen in Titoonic (our sister company). He has worked at the silly place (said in a caring tone, like when you really like someone, but you’re completely aware that they’re a bit nuts) ever since, and has no intention of stopping any time soon… unless pizza is served in which case he will entertian us with animation showcases while wolfing down the junk food.

Tomas Landgreen, Co-founder & Board Creative Director

One weekend in the future Tomas will get bored with developing ultra cool game ideas and will sit down and write a quick bio…

Henrik Mou, Co-founder & Board Monkey

It will say Board Monkey until he actually writes his biography…

Britt Bargfeldt, Production Manager

Britt is currently too busy trying to get us deliver client projects and getting everybody else to write their bios to write her own. We hope she’ll manage soon, otherwise we’ll just force her to take a day off work and write it in her spare time.

Nicolai Wismann, Senior Account Executive, London

Nicolai in his own (somewhat bizarre, Ed.) words…

Wednesday, 5 December 2005:
“Hello” Casper said, stepping forward and shaking my hand. “My name is Casper.” I had been dreading this moment in case he turned out to be some kind of nutcase. Until now we’d only spoken over the phone. The introduction is always the hard part of the first meeting. But it went off okay. He had this intense, obsessed look in his eyes, like someone with a mission. “So how come you ended up in London?” he asked. And so I gave him the whole story. How I decided to skip my job as Product Manager selling candles and paper napkins back in Copenhagen, my five years of experience with FMCG; how my girlfriend was accepted at the Royal College of Art and that I now was looking for some kind of marketing job. Three hours and a similar amount of pints later, we finally agreed to meet again…

The “unseen hand” comments: Apart from the totally outrageous claims of extra-office boozing and the fact that we now have to listen to yet another Scandi voice all day, Nicolai has snuggled up nicely in his corner of the room. We’re considering giving him a nice blanket to keep him warm – and deduct the price from his salary, naturally. Nicolai has got a great grasp of how to make a decent cup of joe and handles tasks ranging from researching local SMS figures in Brazil to pumping out newsletters and coming up with great ideas for a variety of clients.
